Not harsh like acetone

I just started using this and it is less harsh than using acetone to prep your nails before polish. When I use acetone it really make my nails dry and crackly looking but since I’ve been using this ph regulator it does make the nail surface clean but not super dry and rough like rubbing alcohol or acetone so it’s a nice less abrasive option.

A Just-Fine Product

The description said to "use before nail polish to prevent chipping," so I bought this product with the assumption I could replace my current base coat.
The product arrived and it was very liquid-y. When I applied it to my nails, I noticed it was basically like a nail dehydrator.
I gave it 4 stars because I was under the impression that it was more like a base coat. That could just be my fault for assuming wrong, but otherwise the product is perfectly fine, and I love all of Superchic Lacquer's products.
