Application Tips: 1. Apply over contrasting base colors for maximum visibility. Example, a blue topper over a blue base will likely have little to no effect or visibility. 2. Paint 1 nail at a time and immediately manipulate a design using the Cat Eye Magic Wand holding closely while wet for approximately 30 seconds at 1/8 inch above the nail. 3. If applying a clear glossy top coat, repeat the same process using the Cat Eye Magic Wand for an additional 30 seconds until the top coat has had sufficient time to set.
