According to the FDA

Toluene in Nail Polishes and Other Nail Products:  Toluene is used as a solvent in a variety of nail products, including some nail polishes, nail hardeners, and polish removers; however, its use is being phased-out. The CIR reviewed toluene in 1987, determining that it was safe for use in nail products at concentrations up to 50 percent, which is the highest concentration observed in nail products.

The CIR reviewed its toluene safety assessment again in 2005, along with new information. At that time, CIR confirmed that many of the new studies reported findings consistent with the data in its earlier safety assessment, in that any reported adverse effects occurred only at levels many times higher than those observed when people used nail polish, and that the number of nail products containing toluene had dropped sharply.

    Best Topcoat Ever!!

    I am an avid user of Seche Vite. HOWEVER, even though you might not think it possible, Seche Vite isn't the best anymore. This topcoat is MARVELOUS!!! It doesn't shrink my polish, nor does it cause my white polish to yellow. I applied it immediately after applying SuperChic "Lucid LaLa Land," just as the instructions suggest, super wet and everything. 5 stars is the most you can give, but I'd definitely give this topper 10 stars!!! I will be purchasing another bottle soon so that I never run out.

    I am in love with this topcoat!!! The first time I used it over my nail polish was the first time ever that my nail polish didn't chip in the shower. Works very good, I would def recommend it.

    Even though this is highly recommended by a YouTuber/Blogger, I was skeptical but I have been proved wrong. This stuff dries so fast even when I do a thick coat!! With other mass market top coats I have used, even when I thought it was dry, I would still get marks on my nails from sleeping. I have been able to apply this top coat and minutes later be able to go on with my regular life. I am super impressed!

    I recently bought Marvel Liquid Macro Top Coat and it is my favorite top coat. It dries so fast, unlike other top coats I've used in the past. It is also super durable. I work in retail and I do a lot of restock. Other top coats would chip or get easily scratched from the metal hooks and boxes, but not this stuff. I scrapped my nail on a metal hook at work the day after I did my nails and thought "oh great it's ruined" but no. Not a single scratch line was found. I've only had this on for a week but they look perfect still. I'm so excited to have found this liquid gold.

    TL:DR - ACTUALLY quick drying (like super fast) - Dries HARD (no dents or impressions) - ONLY quick drying top coat that doesn't shrink - AMAZING over glitter/textured polish (no other topcoat will give your glitters/holos a more amazing shine) - VERY affordable (and cheap if you ask me compared to other top coats that claim to do the same, but NEVER deliver) - My manicures easily last over 3X as long and I am constantly doing things that chip my nails: washing my hands, dishes, workouts etc. and this has PROTECTED my nails!! _______ I first heard about this through simplynailogical, and so I thought why not try it out, and boy am I glad I did! I have been through every possible top coat you can think of and nothing compares to this one. I have issues with chipping/peeling nail polish and I have noticed that every single quick dry top coat decreases the longevity of my manicure because it shrinks (which looks ugly and is frustrating). This top coat does NOT shrink, and it ACTUALLY dries SUPER fast to a point where i can grab something out of my purse or accidentally hit my fingers onto something and see NO DENTS. This is literally the best top coat I have EVER used. I have not experienced any chipping/peeling with this! It is a GOD SEND on all my glitter polishes because it actually enhances the shine and sparkle and it gets into those crevaces for solid protection AND my holos look AMAZING under this!! I reccomend this to everyone now, and it is honeslty a really awesome stocking stuffer/gift.

    I have tried SO many top coats in the past and none have ever really dried very fast, even the top coats. I thought maybe it was me not being patient enough and my polish not drying all the way but when I tried this on it dried SO fast. I even put it on when I did my nails right as I left for work and as soon as I got to the car my nails were dry 100%. I highly recommend this top coat and will be trying their other products soon <3

    This top coat is amazing! I watch SimplyNailogical on YouTube, and she recommended it, so I decided to try it. I accidentally touched my cat almost immediately after applying it, and it didn't dent or smear or anything! No cat hair stuck in it either! Crazy. I love it!

    Best top coat I've tried so far, and trust me, I've been on a long hunt. It does wonders, even over a peel off base coat. Makes my manicure strong and gives it a very nice glossy finish. Dries incredibly fast!!
