According to the FDA

Toluene in Nail Polishes and Other Nail Products: Toluene is used as a solvent in a variety of nail products, including some nail polishes, nail hardeners, and polish removers; however, its use is being phased-out. The CIR reviewed toluene in 1987, determining that it was safe for use in nail products at concentrations up to 50 percent, which is the highest concentration observed in nail products.

The CIR reviewed its toluene safety assessment again in 2005, along with new information. At that time, CIR confirmed that many of the new studies reported findings consistent with the data in its earlier safety assessment, in that any reported adverse effects occurred only at levels many times higher than those observed when people used nail polish, and that the number of nail products containing toluene had dropped sharply.

OMG I didn't know nails could be THIS glossy, this is the glossiest, fastest drying top coat I've ever seen!!!

I will admit I was skeptical. I'm so glad I tried this anyway. BEST top coat in the world. Really does dry fast and no chipping even after 10 days of wear.

A New Favorite

I own so many different top coats and am always on the look out for a new favorite. I found it. Wow...shiny, so shiny, dries well and is durable. I am so glad I was impulsive and decided to try again. I need to check on whether you can buy a refill or bigger bottle...that would be great!! I can stop my search as I found my favorite. I wear acrylics and top coated last polish change and they are still perfect just grown out. I used to use Seche Vite exclusively but was not completely satisfied...hence the search. I am done searching and could NOT be happier!!

The absolute best!

I've been a Sache Vite girl for some time but not anymore! This is the absolute best quick dry top coat I've ever used! It dries rock hard very quickly with a super glossy shine AND no yellowing or shrinkage at all!!! We all know the frustration of your intricate manicure being ruined because the top coat shrinks after a few days. There is also the added bonus that no matter how thick you put it on it still dries thin, I am wearing 2 coats of it on top of a 3 coat gradient right now and all of the polish (the gradient is SuperChic Holo) feels like it isn't even there because they ALL dry so thin! Absolutely perfect :)

This product is so amazing it's unreal I'm a top coat girl so I'm very picky with my top coats I have a Instagram for my nails so I had to make sure I get the good stuff and omg this top coat is quick, shiny, glossy, it has everything I wanted in a top coat I usually had to layer different top coats to achieve the results I wanted but now I can do just one or two layers with this one. I'm dying to buy more
