According to the FDA

Toluene in Nail Polishes and Other Nail Products:  Toluene is used as a solvent in a variety of nail products, including some nail polishes, nail hardeners, and polish removers; however, its use is being phased-out. The CIR reviewed toluene in 1987, determining that it was safe for use in nail products at concentrations up to 50 percent, which is the highest concentration observed in nail products.

The CIR reviewed its toluene safety assessment again in 2005, along with new information. At that time, CIR confirmed that many of the new studies reported findings consistent with the data in its earlier safety assessment, in that any reported adverse effects occurred only at levels many times higher than those observed when people used nail polish, and that the number of nail products containing toluene had dropped sharply.

    I work in a nightclub that has black lights and I was frustrated with the lack of options of UV reactive polish at the nail salon. This solves my problem completely. I can get whatever manicure I want and I bring this for them to put a topcoat on. That way my nails glow at work without sacrificing a more nude/muted style that I like during the day. Please never discontinue this product. I will buy again and again. It dries very fast and is shiny.

    I absolutely love this top coat. It dries very quickly, after 5 minutes it&#039;s set enough to be smudge-proof and after a solid 20 minutes I can fully go about my day without worry. The neon effect is BRIGHT, it&#039;s incredible. I&#039;ve also noticed when in full sunlight there&#039;s a very slight glow that enhances my nail color, especially anything that reflects light such as metallic pieces or glitters. The brush is short and wide so it&#039;s super easy to control and the consistency itself is perfect. Not too runny not too gooey just perfect.

    An awesome, think, quick drying top coat. The UV effect works well as well. Only issue is that their marvel products contain toluene, which I did not realize. This is a not so great chemical and it makes it so I can’t use a normal, non-toluene polish thinner which is annoying.

    It glows a beautiful bright blue under my blacklight and It drys very fast! I love it so much!!!! It does chip and peal a bit but I use my hands a lot so... it&#039;s still amazing and I will very likely buy this again and again, I highly recomend!

    This is great quick dry product. It&#039;s dry after just a minute or two. Adds a great gloss as well. Have yet to test the glow but everything I&#039;ve tested with this one so far is just amazing. This does not work on it&#039;s own for me though. I tried it alone with no base coating and it chipped very easily even with the tip wrapped. I&#039;ve had no chipping issues when it is used as a top coat only. Certainly recommend to everyone.

    This product went on perfectly it wasn&#039;t too thick or too thin. It glows under blacklight phenomenally and I would highly recommend it.!
