SuperStar "Sugar Crystal" HoloCandy Pigment is an incredibly intense, radiant finishing pigment that can be used to create endless eye-catching nail art designs and twinkling sugar-crystal holographic effects without the unwanted gray or silver that typically accompanies true holographic pigments. Can be applied with or without a base color with super easy application by gentle pinch drizzling or fan-brush feathering overtop of a finished design while top coat application is still tacky. This product IS NOT solvent resistant and should not be added to a nail polish formulation.
Use of a high quality base coat and top coat is recommended.
