An intense translucent glow in the dark dual-use base coat/top coat packed with radiant glow effects. Apply either beneath the crackle for a crackling glow effect or over top for a full glow. Goes on virtually clear with a bit of fogginess. THIS IS A GLOW IN THE DARK NAIL POLISH - NOT A CRACKLE.

To activate "Glow In The Dark Effects" if using "The Fog" as a base coat: Once polish application has fully cured on your nails, hold nails under bright lighting or in natural sunlight for 1-2 minutes. Go into a pitch dark room to see them glow! (CHARGING "THE FOG" IN THE BOTTLE MAY NOT WORK AS INTENSELY.)
