A delicate mystical glow-in-the-dark holographic top coat featuring a concoction of bold scattered twinkling holo effects that shout “Believe in Magic”!  Formulated with the perfect sheer coverage that allows layering over any nail polish of choice or can be worn on it's own with full opacity in 3 thin coats.  This polish requires bright light exposure to activate the glow effects.  It is recommended that both the polish bottle as well as a fully cured mani is exposed to bright lighting in order to "charge" it's glow.  First photo shown over black base.  BUY NOW

This is a high saturation color that may cause staining especially on porous nails.  Use of a high quality base coat is recommended.
