Yes, it IS real holo

Super fun! It works as an eyeshadow (of course,) It looks good on and it isn’t difficult to remove though I’d recommend it more as an accent than as an all-over-the-eye shadow, and as with any new makeup product it takes some practice to use to its best effect. IIf you’re using it as an all over shadow, I have some tips: this is not a buildable shadow. It’s liquid, so adding a second layer will only rip up your initial layer. The best way to achieve full coverage is to use your finger to gently pat eyeshadow onto any patchy spots, and I recommend using your finger to smooth all of your eyeshadow JUST BEFORE it fully dries. That gives you the best coverage and the least likelihood of tearing your shadow. Also, as always PATCH TEST BEFORE YOU PUT THIS ON YOUR EYES. you should always patch test any new makeup, especially eye makeup and especially makeup that includes metals as part of the pigment as any true holo does. In particular, this formula includes aluminum, which to super chics credit is made readily apparent on the makeup packaging.
All that said: I really enjoy my shadow and if you’re a fan of holo I’d totally recommend it. I also will definitely continue to support super chic as a cruelty free beauty, indie company

This is a great linear holo silver eye shadow. With eye primer it lasted 10 hours before I washed it off!

I was so skeptical because so many products say they’re holo but are not! This is! It is so amazing and stays so well! Truth be told I slept in it because I’m lazy and didn’t wash my face and my eyeshadow was still on point and glowing like a magical rainbow the next morning!!! Worth every freaking penny!!!!

Just got mine today from the pre-order. These are more incredible then pictures or videos even show. Such a strong Holo flair! I am a makeup junkie as well as a nail polish addict, and I have used alot of liquid shadows and they are usually patchy and sheer but the formula on these is so easy to use and quite opaque! She really did a great job making these, not only are they real holographic makeup but they are also a quality product. I ordered antidote and pinky promise btw and hope to get more when they come in stock again!!
