It is truly a liquid the same consistency as water and that had me scared at first, but this applies well, is not at all sticky, and is buildable. The sparkle is EXCELLENT! So pretty and I was impressed. This is a stand out among glittery eye products I own and I could see these shadows becoming a staple for me. This looks a little more pale blue than purple on me, but might just be my lighting and honestly it's so gorgeous it doesn't matter.

It's everything I've been hoping for in an eyeshadow! It goes on smoothly, blends easily and lasts until I take it off without creasing. This color is stunning and so, so fun. The formula is very thin, so please be careful using these around the eyes. I had the best luck putting a pea sized dot around the middle of my eyelid and buffing it out from there!
