Policies

Payment

We currently accept Paypal, AfterPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Major Credit Cards and Gift Cards for all merchandise purchases.  Receipt of payment funds must be verified prior to shipment.  We will need to charge sales tax accordingly per local tax rates to Wyoming purchasers and or shipping destinations.

Order Processing 

Upon receiving payment confirmation, each purchase shall be processed, securely packed and shipped out of our contract facility within a reasonable time frame of typically 3-5 business days.  Please note this does not include time in transit with the carrier.  During new product launches or restocks, processing times can run up to 10 business days. All orders shall be posted via USPS including, but not limited to tracking, delivery confirmation and insurance with delivery confirmation. 

International buyers shall be fully liable and responsible for paying their own country's import tax, duties, fees, etc. as applicable. We do not know these extra fees or how your country makes such assessments.  The retail values of the items purchased shall be listed true and correct on customs declaration forms in order to be adequately insured in the event the package becomes lost or damaged.   

Combined Orders

Unfortunately we are typically unable to combine multiple orders placed.  For maximum processing & shipping efficiency as well as accuracy of tracking orders we cannot group orders together. Please be certain of your full intended purchase prior to placing an order.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world, US and International!  Note that there may be restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please read such exclusions on individual listings. PLEASE NOTE DURING THE CURRENT GLOBAL COVID-19 CRISIS, INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES ARE TAKING LONGER WITH DELIVERY TIMES TYPICALLY RUNNING 30-60 DAYS.  IF YOU CANNOT WAIT THIS ESTIMATED TIMEFRAME, PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER.

The shipping method and cost that we charge has been calculated based on the current shipping service provider fees indicated when purchasing an item, plus reasonable packaging costs, tracking and delivery confirmation when available as well as private insurance when deemed appropriate.  Package insurance shall cover all items that are lost or damaged during transit, evidenced by tracking details and /or photo submission no later than 72 hours of confirmed delivery.  Missing "Non-Delivered" packages must be reported to SuperChic no later than 30 days of initial ship date for domestic shipments and no later than 45 days of initial ship date for international shipments.  Packages reported by customer as not received, however confirmed as "Delivered" by USPS,  UPS or other carrier tracking are EXCLUDED from coverage, in which instance customer must contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation and resolution.  CUSTOMER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR NOTIFYING SCL NO LATER THAN 80 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ORDER IN THE EVENT THAT THE PACKAGE HAS NOT ARRIVED.  THE DEADLINE TO FILE AN INSURANCE CLAIM FOR LOST PARCEL IS 90 DAYS (NO EXCEPTIONS).  FURTHER, CARRIER TRACKING IS OFTEN NO LONGER AVAILABLE AFTER 120 DAYS.  

Should there ever be a gross over-charge of shipping fees that have automatically been charged through the shop calculator for multiple items, we will gladly estimate the true charges, plus estimated packaging costs and credit back any shipping overages to your Paypal or credit card account. US - 1st item $3.95 - discounted per each additional item / Canada - 1st item $9.95 - discounted per each additional item / Worldwide - 1st item $9.95 - discounted per each additional item.  Please add items to cart to review precise shipping fees based on your intended order.

To keep shipping costs low, most orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail with insurance.  ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AND DELIVERED TO THE USPS IN BULK QUANTITIES.  PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL GENERATE YOUR SHIPPING LABEL AT THE TIME YOUR ORDER IS PREPARING TO SHIP AT WHICH TIME YOU SHALL RECEIVE AN AUTOMATED STATUS UPDATE AND SHIPPING NOTIFICATION AS WELL AS PRE-SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION SENT TO THE USPS.   YOUR ORDER WILL BE RECEIVED BY THE USPS THE SAME BUSINESS DAY WHEN PREPARED FOR SHIPMENT BEFORE 1:00 PM PST OR THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY WHEN PREPARED AFTER 1:00 PM PST.  PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE USPS TO SCAN YOUR PACKAGE INTO THEIR SYSTEM.  DUE TO BULK DELIVERY TO THE USPS, THEY HAVE INDICATED THAT THEY DO NOT ALWAYS INITIALLY SCAN ALL ITEMS NOR SCAN CONSISTENTLY ALONG THE WAY.  UNFORTUNATELY WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THEIR SYSTEM.  Time in transit typically takes 2-5 business days for US destinations and can typically take up to 30 days for international destinations. Please be aware that this is the time frame of the USPS carrier and we have no control over unforeseen delivery delays.  We appreciate your patience.  TO AVOID POSSIBLE DELIVERY DELAYS OR PACKAGE NOTED "UNDELIVERABLE", PLEASE BE SURE TO ENTER YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS INCLUDING ZIP CODE CORRECTLY AT CHECKOUT.

How To Get Free Shipping!

Yayyy, no need to manually enter a coupon code!  Your shopping cart will automatically wipe out all shipping charges when your cart checkout meets the minimum order totals (Pre-tax) as follows:  *FREE Shipping All Orders - US $35+, Canada $50+, Worldwide $50+ (after net discounts and pre-tax).  

PLEASE READ if you are experiencing issues during checkout -If your cart contains the exact total threshold to receive FREE Shipping (example $50 in the US) the system will automatically waive the shipping fees.  If you later add a coupon code resulting in a lower order total than the required threshold to qualify for FREE Shipping, your cart will be rejected.  Please either 1. Remove the code to allow FREE Shipping or 2. Add to your order to receive FREE Shipping and a discount, or 3. Remove an item to allow the discount code (shipping fees shall apply).

*(All orders or products that have originally qualified for "FREE Shipping" or "FREE Shipping included" shall be considered "null and void" and shall no longer qualify for "FREE Shipping" in the event a package is returned by the carrier at no fault of SCL.  Examples include, but are not limited to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address entered by the customer at checkout, marked by the carrier as "return to sender", "undeliverable", "unable to forward", "attempted not known", "unclaimed", "refused" etc.  In such circumstances, SCL will fully refund the customer's purchase when received back in custody, LESS original shipping fees that otherwise would have applied PLUS any additional fees for the return charged by the carrier and a 20% restock fee in the event the customer does not wish the package re-shipped.

Returns Policy

Shipped Orders

Please note that all beauty products, ie nail polish, eyeshadow and makeup products are classified as personal use cosmetics, in which we cannot accept returns or exchanges once they have been shipped from our facility.  Please be certain of your choices prior to making an order.  

In the event an order is returned to us by the USPS as "undeliverable" or "unable to forward" due to customer error in entry of the "ship to" address at checkout, we will gladly re-ship your order upon payment of additional shipping fees equal to the original shipping fees, or may cancel and refund your purchase (exclusive of original shipping).

Pre-Shipped Orders

Standard orders may be canceled at anytime prior to shipment or pre-shipment for a full refund. Pre-shipped is defined as order already packaged and or shipping label has been generated. Sorry, we do not accept cancellations or returns for custom or special requested orders.

Damaged Or Defective Item

We will gladly accept returns for damaged or defective items.  We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.  Returns must post with the carrier for return no later than 7 days for the date return label has been generated otherwise the label shall become void.

Damaged or Defective items shall be replaced at no cost providing the following:  Buyer inspects the item and verifies damage by digital photo and emails a description of the damage along with photo attachment within 72 hours of receiving the item as verified by the date of delivery confirmation to: superchiclacquer@yahoo.com.  Items received broken or damaged during transit shall require clear photos of the damage as well as an affidavit of loss completed and submitted by the customer.

Promotional & Special Discount Codes

In order to receive credit for any applicable promotions or special discounts that may currently be offered, you must input the code during checkout.  Due to the uniqueness of the special promotional codes that may be offered,  we are unable to post them here on this site.  Be sure to check out your favorite blogs, Youtube Channels & social media sites and grab your savings code today!  Please note only 1 discount code may be applied per transaction during checkout and may not be combined with any other offer(s).
